Brian has 30 years of experience in Operations and Sanitation Management. He specializes in Clean-in-Place (CIP/COP)) sanitation systems with experience in dairy, brewing and soup. Areas of expertise include in sanitary design, sanitation program auditing, CIP process flow design and validation, training sanitarians and general trouble-shooting. His deepest experience is in the dairy industry, including both cultured and non-cultured products. He has many years of experience with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) and the Interstate Milk Shipping (IMS) standards. Brian has knowledge of regulatory and third-party audit standards in sanitation. He has an extensive network of contacts in the sanitation chemical industry such as Ecolab and Hy-drite whom he has worked with to design the best chemical program for individual production lines and resolve issues.
Brian is a native of New England and greatly enjoys following New England sports. He currently resides in the Upper Midwest with his wife and two dogs, where he enjoys hiking, concerts and wood-working projects. He visits his daughters and extended family in New England as often as possible.
