This workshop will focus on what is an industry best in class approach to address Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Attendees will learn how to determine the correct criteria to determine if a situation requires investigation, how to approach the investigation, what types of questions to ask and how to follow the leads as an investigation unfolds. Attendees will also gain insight into what to do with the results of an investigation and the types of actions that may need to be taken depending on the findings. Part of the training will focus on the regulatory implications of a food investigation and the types of findings that could trigger a regulatory event.
