Ally Pancoast is a Project Manager for The Acheson Group (TAG). Prior to joining TAG, Ally worked in Lindenwood University’s Biology Lab as an Administrative Assistant for three years. In that position she worked to prepare upper-level biology laboratories, assist professors in setup, create agar plates, inoculate cultures and plates, interpret results of bacteria, and practice aseptic technique. Additionally, as an undergraduate, Ally performed research under Lindenwood University’s Biological Department Dean. She focused her research on Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes around common dental diseases.
Ally began her food industry career with TAG during a summer internship in 2021. Since then, she has been assisting clients as a junior SME, supporting account management, providing assistance in marketing, and compiling data for communicable diseases throughout the world.
Ally earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Lindenwood University’s Honor College in St. Charles, Missouri. She also holds minors in Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Pre-Medicine. She is currently attending University of Montana as a full-time graduate student, working towards obtaining her MPH. Ally has certificates in Project Management, Preventive Controls Qualified Individual in Human Food (PCQI), Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), and Seafood HACCP.
