Natasha Mihani

Food Safety Specialist

Natasha Mihani’s role as a TAG India Food Safety Specialist draws on her previous food industry experience in the brewery, bakery, confectionary, dairy, and frozen foods sectors, where she implemented her food safety knowledge of HACCP, root cause analysis, traceability, GMPs, preventive controls, and customer complaints management.  

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology with a specialization in Food Technology from the Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur, achieving the 2nd highest rank in the university. Natasha also has a Master of Technology in Food Supply Chain Management from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K) and was awarded 1st rank in her class. Natasha also authored the “Water Footprint Management in Agri-Food Industries” chapter in New Approach on Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture and Fishery (Research and Applied).  

As a Food Safety Specialist at TAG, Natasha supports clients based in India, with key expertise in sesame seed, spice, and fish & fishery (including aquaculture) processing and manufacturing.  In her current role, she is actively working on HACCP, preventive controls, root cause analysis, traceability, biosecurity, phytosanitary, GMPs, and FDA Import Alerts. 

Natasha lives in India and likes to dance, try new foods, travel, spend time with family and friends, and shop.
