SUMMARY:Virtual Human Food PCQI Training
DESCRIPTION:FSMA requires that food facilities have their Preventive Controls Rule for Human Food-mandated Food Safety Plan written and overseen by at least one Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). The PCQI must have successfully completed adequate training or be otherwise qualified through job experience. \nTAG is offering a virtual Human Food PCQI training on October 24-26\, 2022 delivered by Senior Manager of Food Safety\, Dr. Lily Yang\, and Director of Food Safety\, Lacey Keesee. TAG training follows the standardized curriculum developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) and recognized by the FDA.
