SUMMARY:7th International Food Safety Congress
DESCRIPTION:TAG’s Senior Advisor of Food Safety and IAFP President\, Ruth Petran\, will be speaking at the 7th International Food Safety Congress in Turkey. Ruth will take part in the opening session\, including a welcome from IAFP\, the cooperation between IAFP and the Turkish Food Safety Association\, and the importance of the congress including some brief reminders about the importance of comprehensive risk assessment. \nRuth will also be speaking on the topic\, How Do You Really Know Your Plant is Clean?\, which will include the steps of sanitation and the importance of verification\, as well as important considerations for optimal sanitation.
